EZReader - Chat Help

 OverView

Users can submit comments, which can then be seen by all EZReader users.

Chat can display the user comments in a variety of formatting options. Comments can also be spoken out loud.

 Chat Main Screen

All posted comments can be seen by all EZReader users, including New Vision Concepts tech support. There is no private user-to-user chat capability.

The actions available from the icons are:

• Exit - exit
• Color - change colors
• Refresh - download the latest chat content
• Send - post the current comment
• Play - speak the chat contents, starting at the cursor location
• Stop - stop speaking
• Louder - raise the volume
• Softer - lower the volume

• Exit - exit
• Play - Speak the text
• Louder - Increase the volume
• Softer - Decrease the volume
• Normal - Change the talking speed
• Male - Toggle between male and female voices

• Exit - exit
• OSK - Display an on-screen keyboard
• Larger - Increase the font size
• Smaller - Decrease the font size
• Bold - Toggle bold display
• Font - Cycle through the 3 default fonts
• Color - Cycle through the 4 default color pairs

• Exit - exit
• Case - Toggle upper case
• Under - Underline the currently selected line
• Space - Cycle between 3 letter spacing options
• Line - Cycle between 3 line spacing options
• Shade - Highlight the currently selected line while graying out all other lines
